This product has been carefully formulated to deliver TORQ’s unique blend of multi-transportable carbohydrates, fluids and electrolytes to working muscles extremely quickly and efficiently using research proven 2:1 Maltodextrin:Fructose technology and all 5 major electrolytes.
TORQ Energy Drink is part of the TORQ Fueling System so can be used alongside TORQ’s energy gels, bars and chews for optimal performance.
500ml TORQ Energy Drink provides 30 grams of multi-transportable carbohydrates (1 TORQ unit) and while it is an optimal fuel source, this product also supplies fluids and electrolytes to help maintain the body’s hydration needs and homeostatic balance. For optimum performance, our TORQ fuel system recommends consuming 2-3 TORQ units per hour, which can be achieved by using a variety of fuel products as illustrated in the table below. Consuming a TORQ energy drink is a method of taking in a TORQ unit and has the benefit of providing hydration as well.
